Registration Process

Thank you for expressing an interest in working with Training and Consultancy. It will be very easy for you to take the first steps to embark on a career in Childcare and we are eager to help. You may currently be in employment and wish to acquire qualifications or extend your knowledge and with the support of , your aspirations can be achieved.

In the following paragraphs, you will find information which will lead you to the accomplishment of your ambition in your Childcare career.

What do I do first?

In order to register interest in any of the qualifications offered by , download the application form at the bottom of this page, or contact on 01224 317155 to discuss your requirements and request an application pack.

What do I do next?

Complete all sections of the application form in full using black ink.
You will be required to provide evidence of educational qualifications achieved by you at school or college. Alternatively enclose a copy of your most recent C.V.
You will be required to provide contact details of a suitable person for reference from school, college or your last employer in order to demonstrate your interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
You will be required to provide contact details of a suitable person for reference of good character from your place of worship, youth club or any voluntary organisation with which you are involved. An upstanding member of your community may be prepared to do this on your behalf.
You must be prepared to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure as all members of staff in the childcare sector are required to hold this certificate in order to ensure the safety of the children in their care. (The cost of this is £20.00. Your future employer may contribute to this)
You must be prepared to allow contact with your medical practitioner in order to verify your claims.
